The Lockdown opportunity

Never before in our lives, do I have this god gifted opportunity for 21 days...due to a complete lockdown. Yes, I see it this way, irrespective of the fear, the uncertainty in today's times and concern for everyones well-being. I see this as a golden chance to work on the following: (instead of just passing away time eating, sleeping, playing, home chores and casual reading).

1. Full time work on quadrant 2 ( the set of important activities as per stephen covey - 7 habits) only. Earlier even when I took vacations, I was disturbed by phone calls, emails and thinking about work. This time, I have 200 hours approximately only for Q2 activity. This is a never before opportunity for productivity.

2. To deep dive and think about what value our business will add in the new environment. Our survival and growth depends directly on this simple principle. The time to reset the course is now! Once this is known, create strategies action plan based on this new realty and be ready. This can be a beginning of something fantastic, a game changer. This is a never before opportunity for strategic planning.

3. To learn a new skill of quality investments in the stock market...The coming times are the best times to buy...the greatest wealth was created in the great depression when stocks were bought dirt cheap that appreciated 20-30 times in a decade. It is never too late to set the psychology of investing, learning risk management and practising technique with small trades. This is a never before opportunity to learn the art of investing.

4. To focus on eating less, eating healthy, yoga, relaxing and meditating to recharge and strengthen the system. I believe, this sharpening of the saw will be needed to cut through the woods of uncertainty ahead of us. This is a never before opportunity for self development.

5. At the age, I am , I have enough knowledge in my notes from the training programs i have attended so far. the key focus is to implement the knowledge. I am not focused on new learning as of now. I am focused on planning and getting myself ready for the times to come. This is a never before opportunity of getting in action.
