How to fall asleep in a minute!

Yesterday night, i was up by three am. Then was unable to sleep again.
Sharing a simple one minute technique helped me get a good full nights sleep. Good morning everyone!
I was discussing some aspects of mind relaxation with my friend, Parul the other day. One of the longest periods of relaxation is the sleep ..
Many have difficulty falling asleep. Many have disturbed sleep. Let's address the first issue. Falling asleep.
Remember that you are not your mind. You are not your body. You not your energy. These are your mind, your body and your energy. They have a working model. The moment you understand the model. You will be in control.
Just follow the process
Relax the body. This is done by Relaxing the body part by part, from toe to the head.
Relax the face muscles. One by one. This is special.
Think of a happy memory. It could be from childhood, eating ice-cream, vacation anything.
Be in the memory. Feel the experience of the memory.
The memory i focused on is the time when my twins were born. It's a girl the doctor said and then after two minutes, the doctor said, It's a boy. I vividly remember this moment and the feeling of happiness of seeing a complete family. After a nine year wait. This moment is always special and brings a smile, whenever I think of it
If a thought comes, just say, "i am not thinking". It will go away. Focus on the experience again.
You will sleep in a minute, usually.

If the sleep is not consistent, repeat the same process again. Multiple times a night. As you find it difficult to get back to sleep.
