Creating massive wealth. A different perspective.

What is wealth?

Everyone thinks of wealth as money, assets, health, relationships etc. There are all linked to the body we have, which is going to die one day.

Is there a larger aspect to wealth creation? How about considering an impact on larger number of people and larger number of years? How is that possible?

I was reading about Swami Vivekanandas samdhi experiences. He went into nirvikalpa samadhi once. He could not again. Story continues at the end... You must be wondering, what is relevance of this in wealth creation?

A different perspective

All realisations, insights, research, comes in silence. All sages, prophets, wise men and women have spent time in silence to get great insights.

Silence is often confused with noiseless environment. This certainly helps. But what is meant by silence is the silence of the mind. Not the environment around you.

In silence

As the sound of breathing disappears when the breathing slows down and the mind is silent. Without any thoughts. No visuals like people, places and no words, stories.

There are two sounds that are in enternal state within. This is the divine "jugalbandi" happening inside eternally. What is needed is awareness. That's all.

Basuri sound of aum!

The internal aum sound heard within is the basuri sound of krishna. The higher pitch sound. This becomes higher and higher in frequency, ultimately transforming into light. This is going beyond the sound.

The rhythmic damru sound

The sound of heartbeat is the damru sound of Shiva. The lower frequency, the rhythm. This becomes lower and lower in frequency ( not number it times the heart beats, but the sound frequency of the heart beat sound) ultimately becoming inaudible. This is also going beyond the sound.

In a state of silence, both are very clear, to begin with then they eventually disappear.

Samadhi states

The journey from savikalpa samadhi ( with support, in this case the sounds) to nirvikalpa (without support or going beyond the sound) samadhi now is achieved.

The only potent force that gets one from savikalpa to nirvilakpa samadhi is love.

Savilakpa samadhi state can be achieved by practise, yoga, gyana, clarity. There is a awareness of self here.

Nirvikalpa is a leap of faith. Into the unknown. The awareness of self itself dissolves.

Swami Vivekananda resumes...

Story continues... When Vivekananda asked his guru sri ramakrishna, why? He replied, if you go in nirvikalpa samadhi, who will complete your mission? You will go in this state once your mission is over.

And he did with his last breath. Just nearing 40 and what a massive contribution to the world he did.

The inner journey, brings the realisation that there is more, much more, actually infinite, rather than limiting the self to it's 5 senses.

Hence the relevance of the story and the methods of going inwards.

Creating wealth

Continuing our thought of creating impact on more people, for more time...

We are all here on a mission to give. This is our true inner calling. A mission to contribute. A mission to grow. A mission to leave something of great value behind. Beyond a lifetime. Beyond many lifetimes.

What can we leave behind? A monument, an organization, in ideology? An inspiration?

A monument or an organization usually has a finite life. But an ideology, a new way to look at things, a teaching remains eternal.

Easiest examples of profound teaching are bhagwat gita, dyneshwari, guru granth saheb and many more books, that guide us ahead for thousands of years. Books or organizations which do not preach force or violence of any kind.

Contemplation

What is our wealth contribution? Are we just here for eating, sleeping, drinking and mating? And hoaring more assets?

Massive Wealth creation

The real wealth one leaves behind is of contribution, creating value. The more the impact on number of people, and more the time span, in thousands of years, greater the wealth creation.

Once the alignment to this massive value addition happens, unknown forces come to help, fear disappears, love appears and great things get done.

What it in me?

This does not mean, we ignore all our duties, goals and roles and run after contribution. It only means having a higher purpose in life. Beyond the family, friends and profession or business.

Going beyond the few thousand people in our life to a few billion, including every living and non living entities.

Just like a sea water purification plant owner or operator has no shortage of drinking water, the value addition done to others, brings back much more to you, without asking, begging or wishing.

It's a new position to be in. Instead of asking, what will I get, first ask, what can I give (not as a donation, but as a value addition to others lives with the talent, education and experience i have)
