My dear friend sudarshan shared recently how getting deep into shiv tatva was impacting his professional life, as the need to connect, communicate, contact peers, bosses, subordinates, clients, reduces, to the point of being isolated in the organisation.

This set me thinking, based on my own experiences. I got the time for solitude in lockdown. As things became clearer. It was natural to start enjoying my own company, slowly getting isolated.

Enjoying time in silence:

The need to connect, the need to spend time with friends is going down. The parties, the get togethers dont interest me much now. i would rather spend time with my close friends.

Networking:

However, to network, to build contacts, i have to get to parties etc. and build my social network. This is part of my role of running a business.

Focus:

This centring approach is slowly directing resources to what really matters. and Observing it as a role.

It is not being workoholic, but the clarity of thought of doing something, it's possible outcome and it's impact on the goal is becoming more and more clear.

Manifestation of sarva loka kalyananam is happening. I don't manifest anything for myself now. it is not required.

So the dual goals of jeevanmukta by being in solitude and sarva loka kalyanam by being social coexist.

These are just like nirguna and saguna. Together they coexist.

I am equally comfortable with both.
