Beliefs are deep rooted memories, sometimes spanning lifetimes, depending on your belief in rebirth!

These memories reside in energy centres in the body, not only in the brain. Major emotions, both positive and negative are also linked to these energy centres.

As thoughts get shaped by our internal deep rooted memories or beliefs, we keep getting repeated thoughts from the core beliefs we carry. Our automatic response to an event is a function of these beliefs too.

Repetitive thoughts, emerging from beliefs, attract the events in our lives. In fact, at a core level, it is the beliefs that attract the events.

Destiny is nothing but set of events happening in our life. Destiny has nothing to do with how one feels. For example, winning a lottery or getting married which are generally associated with happiness could be stressful for some.

As the limiting beliefs, residing in energy centres get cleared with specific techniques like meditation, affirmations, guided processes. New positive beliefs get the opportunity to set in. Space has to be created first, before something new sets in.

As these empowering beliefs set in, they generate positive vibrations, thoughts, events. Which is how a new destiny gets created.

The same empowering beliefs keep the state of being in the present, enjoying the moment, being in gratitude, forgiving, acceptance, active. This in turn attracts more positive events in your life.

Based on karmic theory, events in life are linked to actions in the past. Even if this accepted, it leaves us free to act in this life, respond to events, create events in this lifetime. It is this belief of freedom which is the foundation to get out of bed (blame, excuse and denial) and act.

Positive events are generally linked to health, wealth and relationships at a personal or family level. Most people limit themselves to this boundary.
